I’m receiving reports from individuals completing forms saying “it crashed” or “screen went blank and went back to start.” Is this a known issue? I’m receiving negative feedback because the form can’t be completed.

Export Calculation from form
I created a multiple choice form that calculates points based on the answer chosen. The form creates different end pages using the calculated number. However, it does not export that calculation in the result. How can I do that?

Update problem
Hello everyone, I see that after the new update, it’s no longer possible to create multiple options in a single step. I would like the first step in the entire response flow to be a classic form that includes fields such as name, company name, email, phone number, etc. Is it currently possible to do this in any way?

Google-integration completely dead!
I have been using your service for a long time. And I have forms submitting to Google Spreadsheets. This has been working for years. Now, yesterday, completely dead. Nothing works. I have re-established the connection (which seems to work), but no data from form is submitted to the sheet. I have created a brand new form, - still the same situation. I have deleted the permissions at Google, and re-established them, - still nothing. Data is saved within forms.app, but they are not transferred to Google. PLEASE HELP!

Hi everyone, We are currently experiencing an issue with the Google Drive integration in forms.app. Form submissions are recorded correctly in the “Results” section, but no files are being created in the connected Google Drive folder. Save button not working
I just spent an hour creating a form… but the save button is not available. When I open an incognito browser to look at my form, it displays with zero changes. This is frustrating. How do I get my new form, with all its changes, to actually save?

Form load performance & media upload delays — any ideas?
Hi everyone, hope you’re doing well! I’ve been building some forms that include large media uploads, and I’ve noticed that on certain mobile devices the form takes much longer to load or sometimes stalls entirely before submission. It reminded me of a discussion I read about how large installation files and heavy cache usage can impact performance and resource handling. So I wanted to ask — when forms load slowly or hang during media uploads, do you usually look at device memory, browser cache handling, or server response time first? And are there any best practices you follow to isolate whether it’s a client-side delay versus something on the forms platform itself? Would appreciate any tips — thanks!

Form to excel table using a webhook. When question 2 is hidden based on the reponse question 1 using logic, the answer from question 3 apears in what should have been the excel row reserved for question 2’s answer. How do I overcome this problem, ideally the response should be Q1, Blank, Q3, what happens is Q1, Q3 in that order.

Hi everyone, I’ve been building more advanced forms lately and noticed that once conditional logic, multiple steps, and external actions are added, things can start feeling harder to manage and debug. Even when the form works, tracking what runs when — and what fails — isn’t always very clear. This came up in a discussion where someone mentioned a popular delta executor while talking about handling execution logic outside the form itself, which made me wonder how others approach this. Do you keep most logic inside the form tool, or offload parts of it elsewhere for clarity and reliability? Would love to hear how others handle this.

How to share results of forms without downloading it? Also including written answers
I can only see a possibility where I can share the results of forms but than the textual answers are missing, it only says ‘fill percentage’. Is there a way I can easily share the results that are still comming in? Without needing to download all the answers?

How do I make the PDF respect the safety margins?
When I download the PDF, it gets cut off and ends up right at the edge of the page.

Two finals
Is it possible to create paths leading to two different endings? I'm trying something very simple: if the answer to the first question is NO, I take it to an ending that corresponds to that NO; if it's YES, it continues along another path to reach a different ending. It seems like a very basic concept, but I can't seem to get it to work. Is it possible or not?

How to add long text/consent information that appears in the final PDF?
Hi everyone, I’m building an academic research form on forms.app and I need to display a long introductory text (research description + consent information) on the first page, and I also need this text to appear in full in the final PDF export. The “Explanation” field doesn’t accept long text, and I don’t understand why some “Explanation” fields appear in red, cannot be edited, and don’t show up in the PDF. Does anyone know: If forms.app currently supports long text blocks that export to PDF? If there is a workaround (custom field, page, or widget)? Whether this feature is planned for the future? Thanks for any help or insights!
