Is it possible to skip multiple questions with logic?
just like in Microsoft Forms. see screen shot I have created a form and when question 1 is answered with no, then they must go to question 5 or is it possible to add multiple questions to then and hide them. because I can only add 2. see screenshot

Crashing?
I’m receiving reports from individuals completing forms saying “it crashed” or “screen went blank and went back to start.” Is this a known issue? I’m receiving negative feedback because the form can’t be completed.

problem with the responses and statistics
I have made a form but for some reason i see the responses but when i go to statistics it says there is just one response and does not show any graphs or stats. How can i fix it?

Form doesn't work
Hi all! the link to the form has stopped opening for users. There is the only 80 answers for 3 month. What could be the reason for this? Few people use the form per month, so I see no reason to switch to the paid version

Export Calculation from form
I created a multiple choice form that calculates points based on the answer chosen. The form creates different end pages using the calculated number. However, it does not export that calculation in the result. How can I do that?

Update problem
Hello everyone, I see that after the new update, it’s no longer possible to create multiple options in a single step. I would like the first step in the entire response flow to be a classic form that includes fields such as name, company name, email, phone number, etc. Is it currently possible to do this in any way?

Google-integration completely dead!
I have been using your service for a long time. And I have forms submitting to Google Spreadsheets. This has been working for years. Now, yesterday, completely dead. Nothing works. I have re-established the connection (which seems to work), but no data from form is submitted to the sheet. I have created a brand new form, - still the same situation. I have deleted the permissions at Google, and re-established them, - still nothing. Data is saved within forms.app, but they are not transferred to Google. PLEASE HELP!

Hi everyone, We are currently experiencing an issue with the Google Drive integration in forms.app. Form submissions are recorded correctly in the “Results” section, but no files are being created in the connected Google Drive folder. To rule out configuration issues we tested the following: Created a completely new form with only one field Connected a new Google Drive folder Reconnected the Google Drive integration Sent multiple test submissions Also tested with a completely new forms.app account In all cases the responses appear in forms.app, but nothing is uploaded to Google Drive. Has anyone experienced a similar issue recently or found a workaround? Thanks!

Save button not working
I just spent an hour creating a form… but the save button is not available. When I open an incognito browser to look at my form, it displays with zero changes. This is frustrating. How do I get my new form, with all its changes, to actually save?
