Form doesn't work

Hi all! the link to the form has stopped opening for users. There is the only 80 answers for 3 month. What could be the reason for this? Few people use the form per month, so I see no reason to switch to the paid version

    Thanks for reporting this. We checked things on our end first, and currently we can’t see any general issue affecting form accessibility.

    Could you please share a few more details so we can investigate further?

    • A screenshot or screen recording of the error/message users see

    • Whether the issue happens for everyone or only some users

    • Which device/browser they are using

    Once we have these details, we’ll be happy to take a closer look.
