Passing information with redirect option

This feature will enable some information to be passed in the redirect URL, so it can be used in another application/site.

Quiz mode for showing correct answers

In my quizzes, I want to show the correct answer + explanation after each question or at the end. I understand this may complicate things, so I suggest a quiz mode. In the settings, you can add a switch for this, so this only activates when we open this particular setting. Right now, I have to use conditions to show results after each question. This is not the perfect way. If you could add this feature, it would make this tool perfect for quizzes.

Full Form responses

Hello, It would be great if I was able to download a PDF of the completed form with the responses and signatures. I would like the full form not a shortened version like we have now.

Nested subcategories in product basket

This feature will allow adding subcategories under subcategories in the product basket field. The structure will look like this: Category > Subcategory > Subdivision

Custom Contact Fields for Questionnaires

The current contact forms are only capable of collecting respondents’ name, address, email, and phone number. However, in a questionnaire, many other types of data may be required. For example, company name, distinguishing between a personal mobile number and a company phone number, or job title. It is also disruptive that each data point appears on a separate page. These could instead be collected within a single box, and questionnaire creators could configure which data fields they want to request.

Change Logo size

No matter what size of logo I upload, the size on form doesn’t change (it’s too small). There should be a size slider which can increase/decrease logo size.

Feature Request: Automatically attach uploaded files to notification emails

Hello everyone, we would really appreciate a feature that allows files uploaded through a form to be automatically included as attachments in the notification email. At the moment, we receive the submitted form data as a PDF via email, while uploaded files need to be accessed and downloaded separately. For workflows involving regular file uploads, this creates additional manual steps and makes further processing and digital archiving less efficient. It would therefore be very helpful if forms.app could offer an option to automatically attach all uploaded files to the notification email together with the generated PDF. Ideally, this could be enabled or disabled individually within the email notification settings of each form. This feature would significantly simplify our workflow and reduce the amount of manual processing required. If this functionality is already planned, we would also appreciate any information you can share regarding the roadmap or a possible release timeframe. document download option

I would like to suggest adding a document download option to forms. This feature should allow administrators to upload a PDF from the backend, and display a download link for users within the form. This would help users access important documents directly while filling out the form.

Advanced variables for scoring and conditions

At the moment, we can add one type of scoring to our forms/quizzes. This feature will allow creating multiple scores/variables and using these variables in showing questions and ending pages. I need this to create complex quizzes and lead scoring.

Editing the response PDFs would be nice

The PDF after the form submission looks good, but the PDF sent with the email notification is not great. It would be nice to edit how the PDF looks. We have our company guidelines; we want the PDFs to match that.

Multi-language for forms

This is a great tool and we really like the forms we use for feedback. We are receiving guests from so many countries, that’s why our forms should have multiple languages. The guest will be able to change the language before answering questions. Right now, we show questions only in english. It makes it hard for some users to answer and it makes it hard for us to analyze responses. Multi language forms would help us a lot. Thanks.

Get Incomplete Submissions Data (Partial answers)

Hey Guys, I’m pretty new using forms.app, just wondering, it’s possible to get incomplete submissions data? In my case it would be great because I have a longer application. I see that users can save application as draft in Pro, but it wasn’t clear if I would get the incomplete data even if they don’t save it.

Improve View Results Statistics by location
