Quiz mode for showing correct answers

In my quizzes, I want to show the correct answer + explanation after each question or at the end.

I understand this may complicate things, so I suggest a quiz mode. In the settings, you can add a switch for this, so this only activates when we open this particular setting.

Right now, I have to use conditions to show results after each question. This is not the perfect way. If you could add this feature, it would make this tool perfect for quizzes.
