Feature Request: Automatically attach uploaded files to notification emails

Hello everyone, we would really appreciate a feature that allows files uploaded through a form to be automatically included as attachments in the notification email. At the moment, we receive the submitted form data as a PDF via email, while uploaded files need to be accessed and downloaded separately. For workflows involving regular file uploads, this creates additional manual steps and makes further processing and digital archiving less efficient. It would therefore be very helpful if forms.app could offer an option to automatically attach all uploaded files to the notification email together with the generated PDF. Ideally, this could be enabled or disabled individually within the email notification settings of each form. This feature would significantly simplify our workflow and reduce the amount of manual processing required. If this functionality is already planned, we would also appreciate any information you can share regarding the roadmap or a possible release timeframe. Automatically log out

Change Logo size

No matter what size of logo I upload, the size on form doesn’t change (it’s too small). There should be a size slider which can increase/decrease logo size.

Edit Form Submissions

Currently: It is not possible to edit someone’s form submission. So, if they make an incorrect entry, we cannot fix it. Ideal Functionality: It would be helpful if there was an option to edit form submissions. Perhaps it could be a setting at the form level, as not all use cases should be able to edit form responses. Use Case: We have a form for committees to select their recurring monthly meeting times. One committee misunderstood the question and selected 10 times, instead of 1 as they should have. We would like to be able to edit their submission to remove the additional options they selected so our final reporting is accurate. I can think of other use cases where this feature would be handy as well, if needed.

Automatic Inventory Update

Currently: It doesn’t appear that the product inventory updates when someone submits a form. Example: We have a product added to a form with an inventory of 1. When someone selects that product and submits the form the inventory is not updated (it remains at 1). So, the product is still showing as available for others to select. We have to go in and manually edit that product to reduce the inventory to 0. Ideal Functionality: It would be very helpful if the inventory would automatically update based on the form submission. Example: You have a form with a product that has an inventory of 1. When someone selects that product and submits the form, the inventory for that product automatically updates and reduces to 0 available. It should also account for cases where they select multiple quantities of the same product.

Custom Themes and Branding

There should 100% be a way to set up your brand colours, logo etc and save it as a custom theme or preset. This would ensure the whole team is creating forms that are following the same guidelines. Also currently if you for whatever reason change the colour scheme by accidentally clicking on one of the built-in themes, you will have to remember all the hex codes you used for each element to fix it. Refreshing the page would potentially cause you to lose actual changes you made on purpose.

It would be nice that instead of uploading a picture, forms app would be able to open the camera and take a picture to be used directly in the form.

I woulsd also like that responders cannot go back, th go back button can be eliminated in the setting, but yiou can still scroll back. when ariving a a question, i would like that a responder cannot go back and peak at the prevoius given information. or else they wil always pass

PDF certificate when passing a quiz

Currency Format

It would be great to have the option to customize the currency format. For example, in PYG (Paraguayan Guaraní), decimals are not used, and while some currencies use the period (.) or comma (,) as a decimal separator, PYG uses the period (.) as a thousands separator. Additionally, in many cases the currency code needs to be changed. For example, instead of displaying "PYG", the commonly used format is "Gs". In other cases, currencies like USD are usually displayed with the "$" symbol instead of the code "USD". Having the possibility to configure these formats would make the system more suitable for different countries and local currency standards.

Fix scrolling on Mobile App

Hello, I have been having issues with scrolling through folders on the left side of the app. The issue is when you try to scroll through the folders, The folders end up being dragged instead of scrolling. This because unusable on my phone. Please remove the drag and drop feature…

Family members as a Group.

For Tax forms, need as a group family members, with First Name, Last Name (Capitalised), Relationship, Date of Birth, Gender, Phone # and email id.

Downloading multiple full form responses as individual pdfs (in bulk)

Can we somehow download all responses as pdfs for each form respondent (in bulk as opposed to one by one)? The download button sends a link to my email that only allows me the option of viewing in Excel or CSV, not pdf. Is there a way to change that? Also, is there any way to remove the block that only allows 1/2 downloads in any given hour?

Nested subcategories in product basket

This feature will allow adding subcategories under subcategories in the product basket field. The structure will look like this: Category > Subcategory > Subdivision

Whenever I try to complete a PayPal transaction through my forms app registration form, the transitions to the PayPal site smoothly, but freezes when coming from PayPal back to the form, never completing the transaction. Does anyone have any insight on this? Thank you!

document download option

I would like to suggest adding a document download option to forms. This feature should allow administrators to upload a PDF from the backend, and display a download link for users within the form. This would help users access important documents directly while filling out the form.
