Downloading multiple full form responses as individual pdfs (in bulk)

Feature Request

Can we somehow download all responses as pdfs for each form respondent (in bulk as opposed to one by one)? The download button sends a link to my email that only allows me the option of viewing in Excel or CSV, not pdf. Is there a way to change that? Also, is there any way to remove the block that only allows 1/2 downloads in any given hour?

    Thanks Salim. We have completed our project and are unsubscribing/cancelling our account. Are you able to send us a download of our forms data (responses, uploaded files/attachments to forms, etc). Ideally for form responses we'd prefer a pdf of each complete form by each person but we can't do that on our end. Can you? Is there a way to get access to a folder with each of them downloaded and the attached videos as applicable? Please advise. Thank you!

    Hey there,

    It’s Salim here at forms.app. It’s not possible to download PDFs in bulk at the moment. We understand why you might need this. I’ve moved the post into Feature Requests. Thanks to your post, others can vote on it and make it a priority.

    In the meantime, you can try setting up a Google Drive integration. It will automatically create the PDF file and add it to a folder whenever you get a response.
