Hello everyone, I see that after the new update, it’s no longer possible to create multiple options in a single step. I would like the first step in the entire response flow to be a classic form that includes fields such as name, company name, email, phone number, etc. Is it currently possible to do this in any way?

    Hey Aleksandar,

    It’s Salim here at forms.app.

    This is possible on forms.app, and you can create a page with multiple questions by following these steps:

    1. Open a form and go to the Design tab.

    2. Switch to Layout and choose List view.

    3. Return to the Build page, then drag and drop page breaks from the fields menu into your form.

    4. That’s it; you can have multiple questions on one page or any page with forms.app.
