Terms and Conditions should be printed in the PDF

This is very important that, The terms and conditions that are featured in the app are not getting printed in the PDF that we download from the response.
It only shows the tick mark which gives no real proof tat we can show to someone that “What were the actual conditions”

Please, Implement this, The TOC as customized in the form should be printed along with Date and Time of last toc update
