remove username title

Hi!
I noticed that my forms display a username (for example, something like @username) right below the form title on the public page.
I’ve checked the account and form settings, but I can’t find any option to hide, edit, or remove it.

Is there a way to change this handle or hide it from appearing on my published form?

    Hi, I had thesame issue, it’s not something users can alter, I contact the help desk and they changed it.

    This was the offical answer below, but they sorted it very quickly.

    “Regarding the username change, at this time, we are only able to change your username manually. I wanted to remind you that you can change your username once a year. Please keep in mind that when you do change your username, any links to your forms will also be updated to reflect the new username”

    Hi!
    I’m currently using the free version of forms.app, and I noticed that the automatically generated meta title and meta description for my form are very different from what the form is actually about.

    Since I can’t edit them individually, I’d like to know if there’s a way to create a generic or neutral meta title and description that apply to all my forms instead of the automatic ones.

      Hello again,

      Each form's content is automatically generated based on the form title and username. To customize this content, as Salim mentioned, you will need at least a Basic package.

      After you modify a form, you can duplicate it while retaining the same meta title, description, and image.

    It’s Salim from forms.app here. I believe you are referring to the link preview when you share a form.

    It is possible edit meta details and upload a custom image on Basic plan and above. Here are the steps:

    1. Head over to the Share page and click “Customize“

    2. Then, choose “Link preview” to see and edit how your links will look like when you share them:


    If you have recently shared a link, it might take a while to see the changes, as most platforms caches the link for a while.
