logic depending on previous y/n answer

Form to excel table using a webhook.

When question 2 is hidden based on the reponse question 1 using logic, the answer from question 3 apears in what should have been the excel row reserved for question 2’s answer.

How do I overcome this problem, ideally the response should be Q1, Blank, Q3, what happens is Q1, Q3 in that order.
