Go to the form settings to find “Notifications” and choose “Notify respondents“:
Here, you can change the mail subject and the content to your liking:
After saving, your respondents will receive an email automatically when they fill out your form.
Note:It is also possible to send your email with a PDF attachment. Plus, you can customize the PDF for different needs.
Another good practice here is to enable the print option for your ending pages. So people can either print out or save their answers as a PDF after they send their answers.
