Inviting a team member is quite easy on forms.app. In order to do this, you need to have a basic plan or higher and we recommend creating folders first.
Folders are the workspace for multiple people to work on together. Your forms can be in multiple folders.
Once you have your folders in place, simply follow these steps:
Find and click “Team members“ under the side menu on dashboard:
There, you will see an “add member” button:
Once clicked, it will open a pop-up for you to enter an email address to invite and choose folders to share access:
That’s it! The person you invite will receive an invitation email. When they accept the invitation, the folders and the forms in them will be available to them under “Shared with me“ section on the dashboard.
