How to share results of forms without downloading it? Also including written answers

Ask the community

I can only see a possibility where I can share the results of forms but than the textual answers are missing, it only says ‘fill percentage’. Is there a way I can easily share the results that are still comming in? Without needing to download all the answers?

    Hey Loes,

    It’s Salim here at forms.app.

This is possible through our response sharing feature. Simply follow these steps.

    1. Open a form and go to the results section. There, you will see a share button to click:

    2. Enable the “show responses“ option under the sharing settings:

    3. Lastly, copy the share link for your responses. Within the page, visiors can switch between statistics and responses.

I hope this is helpful. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to ask or reach out to our live support. 🌿
