How to add long text/consent information that appears in the final PDF?

Hi everyone,

I’m building an academic research form on forms.app and I need to display a long introductory text (research description + consent information) on the first page, and I also need this text to appear in full in the final PDF export.

The “Explanation” field doesn’t accept long text, and I don’t understand why some “Explanation” fields appear in red, cannot be edited, and don’t show up in the PDF.

Does anyone know:

1. If forms.app currently supports long text blocks that export to PDF?

2. If there is a workaround (custom field, page, or widget)?

3. Whether this feature is planned for the future?
